The 'WHIRLMATIC' Family of Magnetic Stirrers with Single and Multi points are aesthetically designed, compact, ultraflat stirring systems. They are washable & hermitically sealed.
In the conventional Stirrers a magnet fixed to the shaft
of a motor gives a rotational force, whereas motorless stirrers use rotating electromagnetic field to create it.
As there are no moving parts, it is maintenance free.
They have unique advantages like saving of Space,
Silent & Wear Proof Operation, Maintenance Free
Working and Smooth & Reliable Stirring Speed. The Ultraflat design is ideally suited for many operations.

The
totally sealed FRP housing makes the Stirrers completely Corrosion Resistant.
Basically the Whirlmatic Stirrers consist of Control Unit
and a Stirring Platform. Stirring Paddles of various sizes and shapes can be used as required. You can have a Single Point Stirrer or Multipoint Stirrer -- on which number of points are located. Speed regulation is by a common Control knob on the Control Unit.
A special 'Soft Start' technique ensures unattended operation. With 'Soft Start' the stirring paddles always catch the centre and rotate with slow, gradual increase in speed till it attends the set speed.

This is microcontroller based, aesthetically designed & compact unit to be used with Whirlmatic Stirring Platforms, instead of normal controller when heating & timer are required. It also has user programmable methods which can be stored and recalled as & when required for specific application.

The heating control in this case is not precise & hence it can be used when simple heating is required.
